James began his career in the finance industry over fifteen years ago, working with one of Australia’s leading banks and consulting to dozens of the country’s top financial advisory firms. Along the way, he built extensive knowledge in loan structuring, credit policy, and lending strategies. But what really stood out was his ability to make the process approachable — simplifying complex steps and making sure his clients felt supported every step of the way.

James founded Bright Crest Broking with a clear vision: to create a brokerage firm that puts people first. His mission is to cut through the jargon, ease the paperwork headaches, and deliver lending solutions that genuinely fit each client’s goals.
